What Do I Do Next? - A Look Into Our Process
Staging is what we do! We are in & out of houses most days, curating homes that sell or picking up inventory once the house has closed. Staging is our everyday, but we understand that for many of our clients it is something completely new. We wanted to to take some time and go through our process to make sure you know exactly what to expect when you stage with March Home Staging.
Here is a look at the process:
The first step is filling out our Inquiry form. This should only take a minute or two, and it helps us have all the information we need to move forward. Here is the link to the form.
Next, you can schedule a walkthrough with Gillian through our Acuity Scheduling link
Then, Elaina reaches out within 24 hours of the walkthrough with an official bid
Once the client accepts, Elaina sends out the contract & invoice. (Please note we offer a third-party pay at close service called Titus, if you are interested.)
The contract must be signed and the invoice paid in full BEFORE staging
Next, our team stages the property. Typically this takes 3-5 hours depending on the size of the stage.
Once the house is set to close, client reaches out to Elaina. Then Elaina will schedule the destage. (Please note, we require 5-7 business days before closing date or desired destaging date)
Our team comes to destage the property, typically this only takes between 2-3 hours (depending on the size)

The final step is to collaborate again on a future project!
