Yes! We offer the option to pay at close through a third party service called Titus. You fill out an application with Titus, then pay at close with a one-time transaction fee along with the final staging price. The one-time transaction fees are based on credit score and goes directly to Titus.

We typically take 3-5 hours to stage the property. This may increase or decrease slightly based on the size of the home and staging package.

Here are 6 things that we require on the staging day:
Here are some reminders per our contract to ensure the house is ready to stage:1. Contract must be signed and invoice must be paid before staging
2. House must be completely vacant day of the stage. This includes any handymen, painters, or other people working on the property (including their supplies).
3. House needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
4. Driveway and passage into house must be clear for us to move our inventory in.
5. No wet paint or carpet from cleaning.
6. The Electricity (heat/air) needs to be on the day of the stage.
NOTE: We have a fee if any of these requirements are not complete & ready by the day of staging.
